Personality

Ko is stubborn and will try things again and again until he either succeeds or is physically forced to stop. He’s very determined once he puts his mind to something, stopping at nothing to accomplish what he wants to get done. He can be quite creative when given enough time, but if he is asked to come up with a solution for something on the fly, he’ll just go ahead and try the first thing that comes to mind, insisting that it’s the best possible solution even though he knows it’s not. It’s not quite that he’d rather be dead than wrong, but he does hate being outsmarted, and can get a little upset if it turns out he’s incorrect about something.

Despite this, Ko is quite intelligent, always the first alongside Azure to really stop and assess a situation. Unlike them, however, he tends to jump in without a plan once he thinks he’s got a good enough grasp on the situation. It often leads to him doing the exact opposite of what needs to be done, usually due to something he's overlooked or just him not thinking of the proper solution. He relies quite heavily on those around him to ground him and bring him back to reality, and without them at his side, he quickly finds himself in very deep trouble.

Ko can be a bit skeptical of newcomers, but is always willing to give them a shot keeping his concerns to himself unless something feels really off. He will not tolerate anyone hurting him or those close to him, and though he does believe in second chances, if it is obvious that they don’t change their ways, he’s quick to call them out and put a stop to it. It’s usually easy for him to tell when someone is not as they seem; he’s almost hyper-aware of others’ emotions, weirdly in tune with everything and everyone around him. He doesn’t always comment on these things, but if he believes it would be best for him to talk to them about it, he never hesitates to do so. He himself has a soft, sensitive side that he’s not afraid to show, but can’t always find the right time or place to do so.

About

Ko was born in a small Primary Village south of Circuit County. He was never particularly close to anyone, but he got along well enough with the other babies and his Stingmon caretaker. When he evolved into Motimon, he left and joined a village full of other insect-type in-training Digimon, but he didn’t have a very close bond with anyone there, either. He was fine with it, though; he was content to have a group of others he was comfortable with but not the bestest of friends with. When Ko evolved to his rookie form, he stuck around for a little while longer until some of the others did as well, then went off on his own.

He traveled alone for a while, interacting with other Digimon sparingly but always exchanging kind words with them when he did. He’d always had a deep-rooted feeling there was someone he was supposed to find, and so he spent much of his travels looking for them, despite not knowing who they were or why he had to find them. Eventually he came across an abandoned convenience store on the border of Plugin Forest, and decided to fix it up. He cleaned it out, found some suppliers, and made his home there. He never got many customers, but he was content with his life, happy to wait out the days until he found whoever it was he needed to find.

Attacks

Beetle Lariat: Ko lunges at the opponent horn-first.

Upper Spin Slam: Ko’s arms are surrounded by teal energy, crackling almost like electricity, as he deals a powerful uppercut to the opponent. He can optionally finish off with spinning around and striking out with his feet.

Analyzer It has a large horn and forefeet, and it is feared in its surroundings, but really it hates fighting and has a gentle personality.
